Ramadan and Eid Table Decor Wholesale: Linens for Iftar and Eid Mornings

Ramadan moves through the retail calendar like no other holiday: it shifts roughly eleven days earlier each year, and the buying that surrounds it — iftar dinner linens, Eid morning table settings, mosque and community-center banquet orders — arrives in a compact wave. With more than 4.5 million Muslims in the US, and iftar hosted as a formal dinner rather than a casual meal, the table linen category is underserved by mainstream party stores.

Restaurants and banquet halls hosting iftar programs buy commercial-grade cloths in bulk — the same buyers profiled in our catering table linens guide. Households buy one or two statement pieces.

The Core SKU List

  1. Formal rectangular tablecloths — 60x102 in and 60x120 in for the family spread and the banquet hall. The waterproof dustproof cotton-linen tablecloth in solid deep tones gives the formal look with wipe-clean practicality for nightly use; see the size chart for banquet fit.
  2. Metallic-accent runners — a gold-toned runner over a green or white cloth is the standard Eid tablescape. The christmas two-tone cotton-linen runner shows the two-tone woven construction that translates directly into green-and-gold colorways.
  3. Round cloths — 90 in and 108 in for 60-in and 72-in rounds; community iftars are almost always round-table affairs. Drop math is in our round sizing guide.
  4. Decorative accent pieces — wall and table banners. The christmas tapestry wall hanging demonstrates the printed-banner format that works for crescent-and-star Eid art as readily as holiday art.

Timing: Order Two Months Before Ramadan

Ramadan 2027 begins around February 8; Ramadan 2028 around January 28. Count back:

  • Early December: goods must be on shelves/warehoused for a February start.
  • Mid-October to early November: last safe window for ocean DDP (30-40 days). The cost math is in our DDP vs FOB comparison.
  • December onward: air express only (7-12 days), at higher landed cost — reflected in the 2026 import cost reality described in our de minimis explainer.

Because the date shifts yearly, retailers who plan once and reorder annually beat competitors who rediscover the holiday each January.

Color and Motif Notes

Stock emerald green, deep navy, white and gold first. Crescent-moon-and-star and lantern (fanoos) motifs photograph strongly and sell the Eid segment. Avoid figurative imagery — geometric and calligraphic patterns are the safe, widely accepted choice. Pair linens with the gold-tone accessories already in your jewelry and decor assortment; our hanukkah decor guide covers the parallel December buyer with the same color-and-formal-linen logic.

Small-Lot Entry

Valvive supplies Ramadan and Eid linens from a 3-piece minimum per style, mix-and-match across sizes in one consolidated DDP shipment, with quotes in 1-2 days. Start with white, emerald and gold in the two banquet sizes; reorder the color that your community buys before the next crescent moon.
